Architect, graduate engineer Mandy Zanner
We are an architecture firm specialising in the renovation of existing buildings, in building redevelopment and the planning of new-builds, based in Oldenburg (Lower Saxony). Founded by Mandy Zanner in 2013 when she became a member of the Chamber of Architects, the firm celebrated its 11th anniversary in May 2024. Mandy Zanner has over 20 years’ of professional experience, mainly in the construction of housing, which means we are highly-skilled in completing building projects - whether renovations or new-builds - on time, on budget and to a high quality. To ensure this, we coordinate and cooperate closely with you at all times in order to realise your wishes and ideas of living or working in a new or existing building, and we involve specialist engineers from an early stage to enable effective planning.
From gathering initial data, producing measurements that form the basis of calculations, or the design and building application, through to a detailed design and monitoring construction, our services cover Phases 1-8 of the fee structure for architects.
For a high-quality building costs plan, we follow DIN276 and DIN277 cost standards. We choose the approach that is right for the client. We are happy to advise you about regenerative energy systems for the envisaged building project, as well as about funding, e.g. from the KfW banking group or local authority grants.
Our team currently consists of five employees covering architectural planning and realisation. We also have an employee in charge of business administration and project planning.
